Studio subscription
Lensea is offered to photography businesses and professionals for a flat monthly fee billed in advance: Starter at €19/mo, Studio at €49/mo. By subscribing you confirm you are acting in a professional or business capacity, not as a consumer, for the purposes of this contract.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from Manage billing in your studio dashboard. There are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods; a cancelled subscription is not renewed at the next billing date. Lensea does not delete a studio’s galleries or photos on cancellation, but studio sign-in and changes stop working until billing is resolved or the studio is removed on request.
Client downloads sold through a studio
When a studio enables paid downloads, the buyer is the studio’s client, not Lensea, and payment is processed on the studio’s own Stripe account, not Lensea’s. The purchased files are delivered immediately after payment. Because digital content is delivered right away, by completing that checkout the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that their EU right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins, per Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Refunds for a specific purchase are at the discretion of the studio that sold it — contact the studio directly, or contact@fabianwimberger.at if the studio is unreachable.
Service
Lensea is provided on a best-effort basis on shared infrastructure. Each studio is responsible for the content it uploads and for holding the rights to share it with its clients. See Privacy & Imprint for what data is processed and by whom.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. For consumer purchases under the Client downloads section above, mandatory consumer-protection law of the buyer’s country of residence is unaffected.
